I renewed my contract and was not informed that I would have to pay an extra amount of r159 monthly when I queried it I was informed that they would listen to the recording and get back to me within 3 working days they gave me a reference no *** and since then have not bothered to get back to me. When a person phones to find out you have to wait for over 15 minutes and still no one is there to help you.
