Elite Mobile are *******

In April of this year my phone was upgraded and my account was debited the once off upgrade fee at the end of April. Then at the end of May Elite Mobile debited my account again for the upgrade fee. When I phoned I was told that the fee would be refunded. This was the beginning of June. I phoned twice more and was told each time that the matter had been escalated. I am still waiting for the refund. It is only R150 but it is the principle. How many other people have they done this to? R150 X 100 is R15000. Elite Mobile are nothing but *******.
