Elite Mobile are ******* and ********

I got a call offering me a laptop deal, I confirmed numerous times during this call that the instlament amount would not change and there would be no extra etc. They told me to accept the debicheck for that instalment whilst on the line, in the process I was declined for the application, but surprise im still being debited and for services I didnt authorise, like showmax ect. I have made contact more then once regarding these debits being reimbursed and cancelled and for the mandate. They outright refuse to provide the requested. This is theft.
