So beginning of this month I received a call from a sales agent and he offered me a laptop contract from Vodacom at a cost of R229 for 36 months.

I gladly accepted and the same day I received another call regarding added value benefits that I quaofied for which I Refused! 2 days later when I called to follow up on the delivery of the laptop I was told that my application had been declined

Ok I understand that I did not meet the qualifying criteria, bla bla bla... I received a call again about the added value benefits which I could unlock and the question I asked the sales consultant was it I don't qualify for the contract what is going to make me qualify for the added value benefits. R145 + R59 + R49 =R253 but I don't qualify for R229. I told her I do not want the benefits because they are not benefits since they are jot free and since I did not qualify for the laptop then I don't want anything from them. To my surprise when I check my bank statement for the 25th November these amounts have been deducted from my account without my consent.

I now have to reverse these with my bank and load stop payments which will not cost me extra.

This behavior is appalling and speaks about the companies ethics and integrity.

I want my money back
