Elite Mobile are duping Customers

BUYERS BEWARE: Vodacom and Elite Mobile agents are duping customers.

ELITE MOBILE are offering to upgrade and expiring contract but purposefully do not give the customer an option of a handset upgrade but instead offer a pocket router (FOR EREASON???). I contacted Vodacom who informed me that the sales agent was obligated to offer a handset OR router. Abigail from Elite Mobile left that bit out of the sales pitch.

Now I've been trying to get this reversed for THREE WEEKS only for a rep from Elite to call me yesterday and tell me they have to conduct an investigation because I'm out of the "cool down" period even thought I requested the reversal three weeks ago.

These clowns were so quick to push the upgrade through but drag their feet with the reversal.
