Elite mobile are ****** who contravene the CPA

Elite Mobile contacted me on 22 May 2018 pretending to be Vodacom. They upgraded my contract and only told me that they were Elite Mobile at the end of the call. I cancelled the upgrade the very next day. Elite Mobile still charged me an upgrade fee of R150.00 even though I had cancelled the upgrade.
