Elite Mobile are ******

Last month I got a call from Elite Mobile marketing their one gig Vodacom Tablet for R99. Once I indicated my interest, they also tried to sell me additional services like the Hotspotters, etc. I explicitly indicated that I was not interested in those services, that I do not want them because I want to keep my bill at R99 per month.<br> <br> At the end September, I was shocked to read my bank statement and realize that Elite Mobile is debiting my account for the services that I have clearly said I do not want.<br> <br> I have called them twice already to find our what is happening but I get empty promises. What Elite Mobile did is ******** and wrong. Other people should be careful when they get a call from them. <br> <br> I am hoping to take this matter up with the Telecommunication Ombudsman, if available or write to media outlet to expose this ********ity.<br> <br>
