Elite mobile are ********

The worst company ever. They are ***** and now they don't want to cancel a migration which I called to cancel on the very same day. Consultant Simphiwe gave me wrong amounts for the plan change. After calling Vodacom I found that the company was elite mobile and not Vodacom as the consultant claimed. Further to that she told me the new price of the contract will be R500 including my handset instalment. Now I'm sitting with an account triple the amount with a Migration fee which was also not mentioned. I also asked for the migration to be canceled which they claim can't be done. I will block my debit order if this issue is not resolved and cancel my Vodacom contract!!!!
