Elite mobile and vodacom bad team

Elite mobile sold me a vodacon contract with a faulty mecer notebook. After phoning vodacom, mecer and elite mobile, who all gave me the run around, i was eventually assisted and advised by Vodacom's Safiek Andrews that elite mobile will contact me to collect the devise and cancel the contract. I took the contract out in May and reported the problem before my first installment was to go off. I have now paid 3 installments already and still no one collected the notebook and guess what? It is STILL faulty. Already cancelled one Vodacom contract and will definitely not get another. Also cancelling our other 3 vodacom contracts when the contract dates end and will not recommend elite mobile to any one ever again. Word of mouth can be such a good way of "advertising". Still need this notebook fixed. Eliouse ********** 635
