Elite Mobile

I received a call fro Elite mobile on behalf of Vodacom in July. The agent assured me that an upgrade fee will be added to my vodacom bill. For the last 2 months I have been charged to upgrade fees with has been debited from my account. Further to that the agent placed value added services on my account where a further debit went of my account. This is Absolutely frustrating. Get it right and stop trying to rob people for money that does not belong to you!!!
