Elite mobile

I am struggling since January 2023 to get my account to lessen with Vodacom and to be sorted Mei 2023 after a lot of dispute elite mobile once again ad more devices onto my account and extended some accounts. Phoning them is a waste of time I have been waiting since June for them to pick up the labtop and wifi rooter and gave it in at a Vodacom shop. I send them an affidavit and letter to all the departments of Vodacom even ***** but still nothing is been done and now I am loosing work because they locked my phone and no one can help me at elite mobile or at any department of Vodacom. Please help me to get this now over and sorted once and for all because I am now with my back to a brick wall and loosing my lively hood. Regards
