This is second time that that try to con me into an upgrade. Had a call with them wanting to send me a router for an upgrade I supposedly had done with them but them omitted sending me the free router. The plan again was to con me into an upgrade. How do these people sleep at night knowing that they are earning a living going around lying to people to con then out of their hard earned money. I know it's tuff out there but this is not the way to do things.
