Elite Mobile

I agreed to a laptop contract with elite mobile a while ago. It was said through the sales lady that no debit order will go off until I received the laptop. I always use my licence to accept parcels. When the courier called me about the delivery, I told them I dont have an ID as I lost it . Unfortunately it was not accepted and the parcel was sent back. I called and cancel the order . Still the debit order goes off with the safety box debit order. I called elite mobile and told them to cancel it. It has been over 4 months and I am still struggling to get the order cancelled. I have received nothing. I want to advise to never give out your banking details to them as they cant be trusted to keep their word when it comes to cancellation.
