Elite Mobile
I have purchased a Vodacom handset via Elite Mobile during early December last year for R189 per month. At the end of December the R189 was deducted by Vodacom plus additional deductions by Elite Mobile for R179 Insurance! as well as R95 Magzone ekectronic magazine, which i didnt give consent to. Magzone i managed to reverse but o am not able to dispute or stop the insurance debit order. When i spoke to an EM consultant on 1 February, she assured me that the debit orders were cancelled and that no further payments will go off. I was also told that an investigation on the initiation of the debit orders will be launched and that i will receive feedback after 10 working days. Now at the end of February the R179 insurance was deducted again and no feedback from the investigation. Just to give credit though, Zonemag didn't deduct. I called EM again earlier today and gave them an ultimatum which will result in legal action against them if not honoured. This time i gave THEM 5 working days - 1 week, to resolved this unpleasant matter. Thank you.
