ELITE MOBILE

I am VERY UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED !!!!!! in the service i received from Elite Mobile this is S***** They called me to take out a contract with them in December 2018 which I did they than came back to me advising me that I do not qualify for the device I wanted , So I cancelled the contract I than went to another service provider they informed me that there is still a pending contract under me name. They provided me with the contact details so I contacted ELITE MOBILE and asked them whats going on they confirmed that the contract was cancelled but not the quote which I was surprised . I requested for them to cancel the quote since the 19th February 2019 up until today the 20th March 2019 they can not reverse a simple quote , I am very disappointed I wish I never took out the contract with them I regret it I would not advise anyone to take out a contract with them PLEASE DONT all they are saying is that it has been escalated to the cancellation department at VODACOM. I am so angry
