Elite mobile ?

I apply for sony phone whit the PS4 i gave all my details and was aprove and told me il wil get my devices after few days .later i got a massage tht my order is being prosesed Ref no:MS- ********** 4 i even got an email from vodacom ref: ********** 2 but when i call to follow up on my delivery they said my aplication was cancel because they send an sms to me requesting me to forwrd some documents which i never recieved .so when i want te re apply and forward the documents which i dont even knw wht it is . i can not because im canceled on the system and can not re apply ,no one can help me not vodacom not elite mobile im being send pillar to post . Vodacom tel me im aproved and pending im not canceled elite mobile said im canceled.
