Elite owe me money..promised to refund me amd yet still nothing. See communication below from one.of there agents Who assured me the refund will.be paid.

The refund request has been escalated to our finance department

Funds will reflect in to your bank account in the next 5 to 7 working days

As per your request i escalated this matter to the sales manager and i just received feedback today that the agent's sales have been audited and has been given a final written warning.
