Elie Mobile is a ****!! Do not purchase from them!!

****Massive ******** I get a call out of the blue from Elite Mobile with my contact details, ID number and all my personal information telling me that I have qualified for a mecer laptop and data package for only R300 a month and I am interested, because this does not sound like too bad a deal.

I go through the whole lengthy process with this person on the phone and afterward he tells me the deal is through and I can expect a call from a courier to deliver the laptop.

A week has gone by and Elie Mobile debits my account and I still don't have the laptop so I decide to call them and here lies their scheme. "sorry sir, you did not qualify for a laptop only the value added service" So why would I want to pay for just the value added service and why did no one tell me that the laptop is not coming? Please cancel this service and pay me back my money. Just to be informed that they will not pay me back my money.

I wonder how many other people they have ****med like this?

Lessons learned....do NOT trust shady call centre people. Thanks Elite Mobile it is companies like you that make us not trust anyone and makes life harder for the people that are just trying to make an honest living.
