*****elent Upgarde

Hi, my vodacom contract supposed to end at the end of October 2023 but i have not received any call from vodacom regarding the upgrade .

But when i called vodacom customer care , they have informed me that this upgrade was done by elite Mobile. my dispute is no one from elite mobile called regarding my vodacom number : *** for upgrade . i would like to cancel my contact but vodacom informed me that this contract *****ulent upgrade could not cancelled . and this vodacom package is absolutely against my need.

can any one assist ?
