DO NOT TRUST ELITE MOBILE

DO NOT TRUST ANYONE FROM ELITE MOBILE. Elite mobile is misrepresenting who they are when calling Vodacom subscribers. They called me and said they were from Vodacom, but in actual fact they are Elite mobile which i only found out after the fact. The women i spoke to offered me a migration on my existing contract for R20pm i would get an extra 200min per month, my billing has now come through and I’m being charged R220 more (11x more than what I agreed to). This is ******** – misrepresenting who they are and then not agreeing to the terms agreed. To top it off, they also added an insurance product "Contract care plus" to my account without my consent. Vodacom also don’t really care about this behavior. Who are the directors of this company?
