DO NOT EVER USE ELITE MOBILE

Despite recording the call, the sales consultant advised that the device is in stock for an upgrade. Based on this feedback the upgrade deal was agreed to. The next day i received an sms advising the device is out of stock. 1 week later still an investigation is taking place with regards to the call. The service department continuously advise they will get back to me, which they never do, despite reference numbers etc. DO NOT EVER utilize ELITE MOBILE. They stand for poor customer service and false commitments. Currently busy struggling to cancel the upgrade.....do not fall in the same trap as me.
