Do not do any Vodacom upgrades via this company. They contacted me to upgrade my Vodacom data account and I found myself being charged for a subscription to Showmax that I did NOT authorise and I had specifically told the consultant I did NOT want any extras. They are refusing to reverse the charges. I have asked for a copy of the recording of the conversation with the consultant.
