DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ELITE MOBILE - YOU WILL BE ******
Elite Mobile called me to offer an upgrade to my Vodacom contract. They falsely presented themselves as Vodacom's upgrade partner and had all my information, even my bank account number. Therefore I assumed they are talking the truth and are really part of Vodacom. After accepting the upgrade, I read on Hello Peter the horrific experience other people had with them, phone Vodacom and found out that they are not part of Vodacom and that the information they gave me about the upgrade was a lie. I immediately called Elite Mobile the next day to cancel the order (Order # EM- ********** 3-1). I phone today, a week later to confirm that it has been cancelled, which they confirmed, but informed me that I still need to pay the R150 upgrade fee, even after the order has been cancelled. This is ridiculous and I cannot believe Vodacom does any business with people like this. PLEASE DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH ELITE MOBILE. THEY ARE ******* THAT ARE ONLY TRYING TO ROB YOU.
