Elite mobile phone me because I was selected for a special offer. First I did not want but after the sweet talk I decided to take the offer. It was for a smart tab 3G for the monthly amount of R79. I agreed but if the recording will be pulled an listen I specifically said that I DO NOT WANT the phone sure, the safety box, hot spotter, rescue box! The teller seller said that the monthly instalment will only be R79 and nothing extra (listen to the phone recording) Now the monthly amount is R330.50! I did receive email to activate account but ignored it because I DO NOT want to activate it. Why if I specifically asked not to activate, Elite mobile go and activate and take my money. A week after I received my package the sales lady phone to hear If I satisfied and wanted to sell me insurance AGAIN I requested that non of the extras be activated. And I again asked her what the monthly instalment are and again she insured me only R79.00. How I ask do I cancel that because once a debt order is done you cannot stop if because they cannot trace it nor the bank nor Elite mobile. Please I need help!!!!!
