They offered me a deal when my vodacom contract ran out. They assured me about 3 times that one amount of R150 would be deducted. Like a fool I trusted them, but the following day received an email saying 2 amounts would be deducted, the R150 plus R159. I decided to cancel, which was 4 days later, in writing.

They assured me it was cancelled, but come month end, the 2 amounts were deducted.

When I queried, they said they had a cooling off period of 21 days, meaning they were still entitled to deduct money from me in that time, without refunding the money.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU AVOID THEM TOTALLY.
