Dispute resolved eventually

A thirteen month long struggle with Elite mobile and Vodacom finally resulted in a positive way when Kubeshini Reddy, Campaign Manager at Elite mobile managed to finalize a dispute on an incorrect billing after a contract upgrade was done in December 2014. My contract amount was R179.00 per month, but I received a nasty surprise when R243.00 was billed. After numerous phone calls to Vodacom and Elite mobile, promises made by Mandla and no positive response, Kubeshini Reddy managed to settle the dispute. Kubeshini, thank you very much!! You are an attribute to your company.
