Dishonest Elite Mobile Service

On 14/12/2020 @ 12:52 and 26/11/2020 @ 15:54 I spoke to TWO Elite Mobile representatives both offering upgrades on my numbers with promises of 50% discount and R1000 Woolworths or Pick n Pay vouchers for BOTH numbers. Only to speak to a Vodacom consultant today to hear that none of these “add ons” were logged other than the upgrades!! This is dishonest and if I had known that I am speaking to a sub contracted company I would surely not have taken the call to even start with!!! I suppose joke is on me.
