Disgusting service: Rude call center agent

I received a call from their call center today. The lady mentioned that she is calling from Elite Mobile and thanked me for my loyalty to cell c and offered me a lower subcription of R150.00. The lady politely asked me do i understand and i told her i am still listening to this offer. Then she asked for my ID number whereby i rep**** can u please explain what this offer is. This is when she rep**** "i asked you do u understand" i then rep**** oh but you are rude as the tone of her voice was very rude. she then dropped the phone in my ear. I was so upset by this. Tried calling back on this ********** number she called me from and the call could not go through at all. Not to sure if it was a ******* or really Elite Mobile. Disgusted by this service as it is their duty to explain in order for me as the client to understand what i am about to pay for or receive.
