Disgusting service from Elite Mobile

Terrible service . I upgraded my Vodacom contract in March and I specifically requested certain things like 800 minutes and 20GB of data. Everything was fine for the April and May. Since June I have had no data and 200 minutes.

I called Elite Mobile on 2 June and waited for an hour and 20 minutes for my call to be answered only to be told that the person who did my upgrade will call me back. I even requested the recording of the call and was told that only he could assist me. I have yet to receive any call from said person and all my calls to the customer care line gets cut after 15 minutes with no answer.
