Direct marketing

Zanele called me to advise that I had been selected from a bunch of Vodacom customers for special delivery of a Tablet, for which I would pay R90 for R100 worth of airtime. She goes on to ask me about the delivery details and my bio details. Only when I am half way through answering her questions do I realise that I am completing a contract with Elite Mobile. I think this is an unfair direct marketing practice which \schemes"information off people without proper notice on the pretext that they require the information for a delivery.
