Defective phone

<p>I bought a phone through sales agent and they promise to deliver the phone and then they call to say I must go and fetch it from bridge city which is a breach of contract, I then took the phone home to find that the phone is faulty and then I called telling them about the predicament and then they say I must take it to vodacom which is now is for repairs. My argument is the phone is not even a month old and now it's gone for repairs already and furthermore I have spent money to go get it and another expense to get it repaired. Surely, I need to get a non defective new handset</p>
