Elite Mobile is *********. They phone me to upgrade. I accept the upgrade for R579 per month. I agree to the R150 once off fee. Then a manager comes on and starts mumbling the same stuff I have just agreed to. Then he comes to the R150 debit order and I say ONCE OFF. He then uhmm uhmm yes and keeps mumbling and I have to agree Then the shock. I get an email from them with the upgrade details and added to that is an extra R159 per month for a showmax subscription. I never agreed to that. I have showmax, why would I want another one???? So the ***** way they slipped it in there is unacceptable. I immediately told them to cancel, just for them to let me know they will cancel, but payment might go through this month. PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!! I never accepted the sms they sent me to agree to this payment and I cancelled everything within 30minutes Be very wary. This is absolutely disgusting
