Debits for add on items I didnt agree to

I was contacted and offered a contract for a Vodafone Smart Tab 3G on Mofaya Top up my meg 500 for R89, I agreed to this and was then told about the additional benefits for which I would have to pay extra. I specifically said I dont want any extras , just the basic contract. Yet I am receiving debits for the extra items as well.
