Debiting bank accounts without permission?

On 9th January 2015, I had received the new tab contract I had agreed upon. From the 15th of January I started receiving calls from Hotspotter, Rescue box, Safety Box & Music box.. And then smses. I had never initially understood what the consultant was going about, they always call during the day, when you are busy at work, hence they catch you off guard!!!- and I NEVER agreed to join any of the above. Early Feb 2015, I realized my bank account had been debit 3 times for the above??? I immediately contacted elite mobile, who said they will pull out call records and revert to me. They gave me reference numbers: Hotpotter - REF: EM-***-2
