debited but no phone

Elite contacted my Wife last year November for a phone contract unfortunately they said she does not qualify or afford one and then let Rescure Box debit her account in December, January February and perhaps March as well Novembers we reversed we can not go every time to the bank to reverse this first say she can not afford but debit x55 every month so either send the phone as you are getting paid every month or reverse all that money call her on ********** 256, ********** 820
