Debit Orders by Elite Mobile

I wonder what happened to Elite Mobile. On their request, I faxed my financial statements to them om 10/4/2015 at 09:12. They have undertaken to reverse payment of the 7 debit orders that went through my banking account on 31/3/2015. Since then, I have heard nothing from then, not an email, not a sms, not a phone call, NOTHING!!!!
