Debit Orders by Elite Mobile
I have had positive feedback from Elite Mobile. A consultant phoned my on 1 March 2015 and informed me that EM will refund me for the 10 debit orders that went through on 30 and 31 March 2015, after they had been cancelled. The condition was that I submit my bank statements. The statements were faxed to EM today, 10 April at 09:00.
