Debit order without consent

<p>HI, I got called by an agent earlier this year - maybe 6 months ago and took out the product to find all the add ons like rescuebox etc. The very next day I cancelled all services with the company and now months later I am being debited all of a sudden for HOTSPOTEREM ( hotspotterem- ********** 0-3) of R45 over the last few months. I didn't even know who was authorizing the debit order because there was no company name and after a bit if digging I found Hello peter. I want a full refund of all debit orders as I cancelled this service more than 6 months ago. Kind regards. Tanita</p>
