Debit order without approving contract
I app**** for an expensive contract with them but didnt qualify for it so they suggested a cheaper one which I did qualify for- I said I'd rather cancel my application. I was sent a member number for somusic and phonebox which goes with a contract. They deducted a debit order each month for both of the services which I didnt apply for nor accepted. I expect a reason for that as well as for the debit order to be stopped as I didnt sign anything to give them permission
