Debit Order deduction
I received a call to get a tablet with 2gig of data and I will pay an amount of R129 a month some where November last year. I was told to take the safe rescue **** and I told the consultant I am not interested and he informed me that I can cancel it as soon as I finish talking to his supervisor. When I got an email about the confirmation of all the safe rescue **** i cancelled with everyone before the deduction should happened and got confirmation within 24 hours that it was canceled but they still deducting from my account today. I had to reverse their payments 3 times and stop their payment but they still manage to deduct from my account. So last month I got my debit order deducting from Vodacom it was R225 I assumed they included the connection fee. This month they deducted R237 +R55+R55+R39 so now from R129 a month to the this how am I suppose to do with all this drama. Please not I will be cancelling my debit order kindly send me your banking details so that I will be paying the amount we agreed on. Please listen to the recording because I kept on insisting that I need the amount to be R129 and your consultant kept on confirming it. I am self employed I don't need this drama in my life.
