Debit order

I have had several calls from Elite Mobile to to take on a contract for tablet. Although I said yes to a specific deal i was later notified that i did not qualify due to my bad credit record. After that I did not concern myself over it. Then On the 4th of November 2015 i see a debit order for of R39 for a Hotspotterem (what the hell is that) and An amount of R49 for Resb em (another ???) . If I have purchase any thing or ok this contract ., where is my product?? Please high light this concerning Elite Mobiles. This company is doing something in an underhanded way. I have call my bank to stop payment and I will now apply for the debit order to be cancelled.
