Customer Care Training Needed Urgently
Good Afternoon, A lady from Elite mobile called me and insisted on telling me what great packages they have available, I politely told her i am not interested, after that she went crazy, her voice went louder and then she she started being very rude, next thing she banged the phoned down. Is management at Elite Mobile not teaching their employees about customer service? And are their phone calls not being checked regularly.
