On the 22 of March I recieved a call from a private number, a lady introduced herself as Ntombie Mfela she offered this nice vodacom 3G smart tab deal of R99 I normaly dont do over the phone deals but I fell for it , she promised that the device would be delivered within 10 days this was a sweet deal if I may say because I was told that the money would debited after the delivery and the sms notified me of being SUccessful and the Toatl suscribtion is R209 and not R99 anymore, I didnt mind.while waited for the delivery of my smart Tab I recieved another Private Call a guy Mfundo told me that he came to increase my chances of Getting the deal with Vodacom so I can get a phone that I want.when I told him I waiting for my delivery and this was on the 26 March , Mfundo told me that the Smart Tab deal was declined.while still on shock I called elite Mobile I was that the application was unsuccessful this surprised me because no one bothered to tell me few minutes after calling them I recieved an SMS advising that the Safety Box Subscription has been cancelled.I went onto their website to get their contact details with intensions to call them I saw a Chat Options I used it.a guy by the name keenan Gertze advised that all services have been cancelled and I will not be billed for any services I saved the chat history.with all that being said, they debited something call external Safety off my account, today I called Elite Mobile to esquire about this , a very sarcastic guy by the name of Marcel Stainberg told me that I will not get my money back because I was suppose call request a cancellation.while they did not bother to tell me that I have been declined until I phoned in.and also they forgot that I was told that" all the services have been cancelled and I would not be billed for any service"Please help by getting my money back
