I am still shocked that you guys debited my Nedbank account for maximum of 8 months and now when I want to cancelled the contract I am being told that I owe R1 068 , I mean a debit order of R39.00 per month has accumulated to over a thousand rand, you guys are really gotta be kidding me. Can someone fix this, or I'd have to take legal steps.. How can the contract goes with no payment from the start, according to your consultant(Samukelisiwe) said no payment was ever received, how funny, for God's sake, I was debited the activation fee, and then every I have been paying the R39. Please cancel me.
