Corporate pickpocketer

I understand time are tough but that is not an excuse to commit *****. I do not understand how a company, "legal entity", can bill individuals without providing a service or product. It is a crime what this company is doing. The last debit order was reversed around July 2021 with Ref: ELITEMOBLEEM-***4-2 and now the another debit order with ***-211101 was reversed recently. Clearly someone within this organisation is looking at old records and recycling them as new clients and debiting them. The financial implication of this is that the banks are also profiting from charges of both the debit and the reversal. Something must be done legally to stop such a behavior by this organisation. It is pick-pocketing what they are doing.
