Contravening POPI act

Phoning me acting as if they are Vodacom. I even received an Vodacom quotation from a Vodacom email address. The person who phoned me never told me that she is calling from elite mobile. It sounded as if was Vodacom direct. After receiving an upgrade quotation on the wrong number and I tried to phone Vodacom I found out it was Elite Mobile. After numerous calls and Numerous promises the upgrade has not been canceled. I did not give Vodacom permission to share my contact details, even if Elite mobile is a direct dealer, they are acting against the POPI act. The upgrade is still to be canceled. I am waiting for the recording to verify my facts.
