Contract upgrade

Elite mobile called me last month, the guy that called me said he is phoning from vodacom, he kept on telling me about what they are going to offer me free SMS and data bundles on my upgrade, thinking that the guy is from vodacom, I changed my banking details with him, and the next thing I got a message that they are going to bill me 220, I called them immediately and asked the name of the company they said is elite mobile, I asked them to cancel everything and they said they did cancel, month end my account was billed with 150, I called my bank to reverse the money, this month I called vodacom to do my upgrafe, they told me my upgrade is already done by elite mobile, I told them to reverse that upgrade because I don't have a contract with elite mobile, they said they will investigate with elite mobile and cancel the upgrade , they logged the call and I'm still waiting for them to come back to me, I'm so angry with vodacom because they made business with elite mobile and never told their customers that they will be getting calls from elite mobile,
