Contract conplain

My upgrade fee was deducted 30 Oct. For one new cell contract. I was charged R300. It has been 6 weeks since completing. 5 consultants helped of which only Makande and Marilyn was noted . Today 17 Dec still no help. Most upset. Mrs C. Zietsman
