***** contact upgrade.

I have a data package (20 GB data for R299 and 1GB for R55) contract with Vodacom that i was paying every month. I received a call from Elite Mobile about an upgrade for the same 20 GB data monthly for 199 monthly promising to complete all processes for the upgrade. On my vodacom statement it shows an amount of 329 monthly. This is not the amount we agreed on. They deduct R179 from my bank statement and I am constantly on a negative on the voacom app. I BELIEVE THAT I AM PAYING VODACOM AND ELITE MOBILE BOTH FOR THE SAME SERVICE MEANING I AM BEING DEBITED TWICE.
