Consultants with Bad attitude

I was contacted by a consultant on the 17th of September and offered a Samsung J2, I accepted the offer and was told delivery will take place 7 - 10 working days from acceptance. I receoved and sms to confirm order. I have contacted Elite Mobile twice now already to which I have not been given any answers. I also find it disgusting that the call center guys now call me to offer me more deals,last week it was a gentleman and after saying i am not interested he tells me i must accept the deal or he will lose his job...OMW not on hey...then this week i get called again with the same deal, a lady this time, i explain to her that i have still not received my phone, she promises to give a me contact number at the end of the conversation, so i listen to her again and after saying i am not interested and asking her for the number she throws the phone down in my ear OMW again....what kind of customer consultants is working at Elite Mobile I am shocked ....
